On the OKX App or web login page, click the "Forgot Password" link to enter the password recovery process.
Enter the phone number or email used at registration as your identity credential for password recovery.
Click to request a code. The system sends it to your phone or email, and you enter it to complete identity verification.
Set a new login password, ideally different from the old one, combining letters, numbers and symbols, not reused from other platforms.
Enter the new password again to confirm both entries match, then click submit to complete the reset request.
After reset, log in with the new password. It is recommended to also enable two-factor authentication for stronger protection.
